DOMI ORAL DROP 1 MG/ML (Domperidone Oral Drops 1mg/ml)

For Prompt control of Nausea & Vomiting in Children

• Dopamine antagonist with anti emetic properties
• No adverse CNS events Minimal penetration through the blood brain barrier
• Promotes the release of prolactin from the pituitary

Anti emetic effect

• Peripheral (gastrokinetic) effects
• Antagonism of dopamine receptors in the chemo receptor trigger zone (outside the blood brain barrier in the area postrema)

INDICATION

• Relief of symptoms of Nausea and Vomiting

Dossage : For pediatric use only, Before meal

• Neonates, Infants & Children (Under 12 years of age and weighing less than 35 kg): 0.25mg/kg up to three times a day
• Adolescents (12 years of age and older and weighing 35 kg or more): 10 ml up to three times a day
